The Concierge Desk is conveniently located in the Main Lobby of the Palmer House. Our Concierge Team takes pride in fulfilling our guests every desire. The Concierge is available to assist with an array of guests' needs and special requests including dinner reservations, theatre tickets and directional information to major attractions.

FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS AND FLORAL GIFTS
The Concierge will arrange the very best quality of flowers and floral designs. We can decorate your room as you wish or send floral gifts for you throughout our city.
There is so much to see and do in Chicago that it may take you several visits to do it all. To make it easy for you, our Concierge can arrange sightseeing tours (groups or private) to all of the attractions that make our city special. By pre-arranging your trip, you are afforded valuable time to enjoy Chicago.
We can custom design a specialty tour according to your specific interests. Walking, bike, bus, boat (seasonal) or segway tours are an option. Food tours in some of Chicago's trendy areas are also available.
THEATER & MUSEUM TICKETS
For many people, the quintessential experience is going to the theater or visiting one of our museums. There are events and exhibitions all over town, Broadway in Chicago and the most renowned museums are a few blocks away from our hotel. To help you make your selections, our Concierge team will discuss and describe all concerts, theatre reviews, sporting events, and more. We can assist you with your ticket purchases and, in some cases, have them delivered for your convenience.
Our Concierge only utilizes the very best Caregivers from well-established companies. All Caregivers are fully licensed and bonded. We suggest that you speak with the service directly to ensure that you receive someone specific to your needs.
While people-pampering has been our primary focus at the Palmer House, cosseting guests' canine pals is also part of our hotel's specialty service. We find that our guests increasingly travel with their best friends – their pets.
Once checked-in, our guests are often on-the-run, leaving their pets to fend for themselves. With advance notice, our Concierge Team can organize pet care with highly trained counselors who offer dog walking, pet sitting, grooming, pet whisperers and shopping. Your pets won't feel alone anymore and they will be the guests of honor.
In addition to our standard guest services listed above, our Concierge Team would be pleased to arrange anything you desire, from personalized shopping to romantic dinners, interpreters and translators, cultural outings, courier services, rental cars and exotic automobile rentals, specialty gifts and airline reservations.
